CELL & PACK

Clarify Your CATL Cell
or Battery Pack Request

Tell us what you intend to buy and how it will be used. We help organize a CATL sourcing enquiry around the actual product, quantity unit, available identifying information and project delivery requirements.

CELL & PACK is an independent battery supplier and procurement coordinator. Product availability and order terms are confirmed per quotation.

A cell, a module and a system are different purchasing objects

CATL’s annual report distinguishes cells, modules and packs in its EV business, and cells, cabinets and containers in energy storage. Its ESS page separates generation, transmission/distribution and consumption applications.

For your enquiry, first separate the purchase object from the application. If your reference concerns a module, cabinet or complete system, make that clear so we can discuss the request scope before a quotation.

If you already have a reference

CATL describes Qilin in its cell-to-pack technology information. A technology-family name is a useful starting clue, but it does not establish the exact cell or pack, chemistry, document revision or applicable test conditions for your request. Send any complete model and document reference you already have.

These references explain the manufacturer’s terminology and product categories. CELL & PACK checks the requested product and commercial terms in each quotation.

Before requesting a quotation

Single cell
Give quantity in cells, any known model or marking, dimensions, and your team’s electrical and load requirements.
Module or battery pack
Identify the assembly, quantity unit, voltage and energy basis, enclosure, connections and any specified BMS interface.
Cabinet, container or system reference
State which object the reference describes and what you actually need to procure. This lets us clarify whether the request fits our sourcing scope.
EV or ESS application
Include the requirements already defined by your technical team, such as load duration, operating environment and installation limits.
Quantity and destination
Separate the sample quantity from the expected batch quantity. State the quantity unit, destination and required arrival date; packaging, supply timing and transport terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Keep samples, documents and batch scope aligned

We check the proposed product identity and supply version, sample quantity and cost, document availability and delivery arrangements. Ask whether later batch supply follows the same agreed version. The manufacturer or your technical team defines evaluation and acceptance criteria.

For any requested specification, SDS or UN 38.3 test summary, identify the actual cell, pack or other object and revision it covers. A document for a different assembly or version cannot establish the requested product’s documentation.

Send the request you can define today

Brand and model are optional in the first enquiry. Add the quantity, destination, intended use and timing you know. Keep confidential files for follow-up under agreed sharing arrangements.

Published sample prices apply only to the specified catalogue products and their stated terms. Other brands, models and order quantities are quoted individually.

Questions before sourcing

Is a CATL technology-family name enough for a quotation?

It can start the discussion. We still need to identify the requested product and object level, quantity, available documentation and delivery requirements before confirming an offer.

Does a pack or system figure describe a single CATL cell?

Keep each figure with the object and conditions it describes. Ask for the applicable cell or assembly specification; your technical team or the manufacturer confirms interpretation and suitability.
